Bought software
Bought software, exactly what I needed, and was assured there would be no problem. Tried to install, would not install correctly, found out it was 64-bit when I specifically bought 32-bit version. I was told by the tech that 64 and 32 are the same. THEY ARE NOT. Then the chat person wants to get into my computer again to try to "fix" things. NO. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - it's entirely possible there's malaware now in my computer. It's going to cost me more money now to get a real tech support company to fix everything and clean out any malaware. The cheap prices from this place are not worth the headaches you will have in the end. DON'T DO IT.
