Excellent handling of UX improvement suggestion
Reported a UX improvement regarding a potentially misleading promotional discount. Support staff took my feedback seriously, graciously accepted it, offered a conciliatory discount, and escalated it to the appropriate departments. Very pleased with how everything was handled.
