Total scam as they don’t honor 7-day…
Total scam as they don’t honor 7-day cancellation period! I cancelled on SAME DAY as the initial report via online form. Then, followed up with email reiterating cancellation two days later. Was still charged $29.95 on day 7. Disputed with bank and GoodCar lied - said they had no record of my cancellation, despite fact I have an email from them confirming I cancelled in time and apologized for delay in processing that caused me to be “inadvertently” charged. Since they lied to my credit card company, I had to reopen dispute. I have proof I cancelled and GoodCar knows it!!!
