I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with customer service and communication. The order took a bit longer to ship. But when I reached out to follow up i received response fairly quickly to let me know what's going on. On top of that, once order shipped, they sent another follow up email letting me know of the updated status. Very personalized. ALSO, very happy with previous order that i s why I placed another one.
