First of all it took two schedulings to get a technician out He finally came and let us know he's a master electrician. He failed to realize that the problem was with the wall outlet not the appliance. At his recommendation I got a new stove and still have the same problem. I do not trust this handy man service as they can't determine the problem properly and cost me hundreds of dollars more than I needed to spend.
