Ugh pay a monthly fee to have delivery service because I can’t drive and I’m disabled. Walmart in New Castle Pa is terrible. In last 6 days was delivered the wrong order got stuff I didn’t order, my order was lost or mixed up. Today got several text messages stating that my order from the night before that was supposed to be delivered in the morning. Today was now delayed and not giving a time slot on how long it may be delayed call Customer Service was transferred around to three different representatives and was placed on hold for 14 minutes only to be told that I had received one item in my order, but the other items were showing delayed everything that I had just explained to the representative. It was just a circus and I felt it so nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing about my order after the third phone call to Walmart. I told them to just cancel the order will now wait on my refund that could take 7 to 10 days but I need my items now and my money back now just like when I placed the order they immediately took it with no waiting 7 to 10 days to be paid. Do not recommend using them for home delivery and to boot you’re paying almost $14 a month for the service and it’s a failed service.
