I placed an order for delivery today and received SMS updates throughout the process. However, despite these updates, no one arrived at my doorstep to inform me that my perishable and nonperishable groceries were being delivered. After the delivery person had left, I received a text message confirming the delivery. Upon rushing outside, I was dismayed to find that the person had not delivered half of my order, which amounted to 98% of my perishable items. This is unacceptable service. Groceries should not be delivered and left without informing the customer of their presence outside, especially during the hot summer months in the Southeastern United States.
When I attempted to contact customer service, I was met with an automated response system that only offered me a refund for the missing items. While I appreciate the refund, I would have been happier to just have the missing items. Additionally, once the refund was processed, the link to add them directly from my purchase to another cart to reorder them was deleted. In order to add the missing items to a new cart, I had to take an inordinate amount of time scrolling back and forth from one webpage to another to reorder the missing items.

I will start with saying that the drivers have at least always been very friendly and courteous. That's why I gave two stars. I stupidly upgraded to walmart plus because I was tired of waiting forever for walmart pickup where they would often have me wait for way too long past promised windows. I thought at least at home I can be more flexible and it's a 2 hour window. However if you are going to have this delivery service you basically need to block out your entire day because they never arrive in the promised window. And it's not just a little late. It's over an hour. Or more. You message customer service and get nowhere. Just apologies with no compensation, explanations, or fixing it. I've had many orders with missing items, etc. I can't believe they are still in service with this to be honest. Now if you are home all day and have nowhere to be, this service works I guess. But definitely don't ever be reliant on your order to be correct or on time.

I actually like Walmart delivery and 95% of the time they get it right. Big problem with third party drivers - like Spark- . Drivers will cancel your order or refuse delivery if they think you aren't tipping enough. I base tips on service. You can add $ after delivery if they do a good job = and lower the tip if you don't have a good experience, So - on rare occasion I don't get an order because of the delivery driver. I SPOKE TOO SOON! I HAD 2 missed deliveries this week.
So 2 days ago I talked myself into giving this a try…. with family being ill I ordered 6 items around 11am to be delivered between 3-5 pm at 3:05 Only 1 item was delivered NOT acceptable!!! Walmart customer service said the driver “Ava” or “Eva” from Griffin,Ga -Delivery only delivered 1 item -and yes I was charged for 6 items!!! Walmart customer service would NOT refund my Delivery service Membership….Be aware people before joining Walmart delivery membership, they don’t stand by their word!
Same issues as others wrong delivery locations constantly missing items and then having to convince them on the phone it was not received.
They have significant operational and quality controls. Corporate governance should be investigated why they are making so many errors and losing out to competition. Customer service really does not have a vested interest or experience to resolve.

I ordered several acid toilet bowl cleaners to be delivered to my home. They put the bottles loose in a bag, sealed it and delivered it. When I opened the bag the bottles had leaked because they were not upright. They could have bagged the bottles individually then tape the bags together and transport upright. I had to wash each bottle in the toilet so the acid did not touch any metal

walmart is becomming totally unreliable. on five occasions I ordered plants from wm that they said were available for delivery in under an hour and each time they are all cancelled. I based my tip on delivery of items the carrier never brings. On top of that they are to replace previous wm flowers that tend to die most of the time. On top of that I prepay a tip based on the cost of the flowers that never come meaning the bulk of my tip is for totally unreliable walmart
I love the option of Walmart delivering because I have some issues with mobility and it’s just easier for me. And for the most part, I don’t have issues with the choices or the delivery. However, today my driver picked up my order around 10:15 AM and apparently had seven stops before mine! The time keeps changing on the delivery and around 11:15. The order should’ve been coming to my house next, and I was told that it wasn’t able to be delivered and had to go back to the store! The car wasn’t even near my house… I’m home. I’ve never had a problem with delivery before. So this person had my order in their car for over an hour and now it’s going back to the store and I had to choose a different delivery time which is later in the afternoon! That is total BS and I should be compensated for this inconvenience -now I have to be home in the afternoon to get this order!
Driver from Uber left order at my barn, delivery instructions on my order plus large note on barn door not to leave food there. Ice cream, coffee cream unacceptable. Myself and my wife are both cancer patients and depend on delivery service. Walmart customer service was helpful and hopefully my next review will be more positive.
I have a really hard time with the delivery process or talking to customer service because of the robot it's so hard to speak to a real person I don't understand that they don't have a lot of answers why can't he just speak to a regular person I mean more later than sooner eventually you can but it's just too much of a hassle
The delivery driver apparently had multiple orders in his car. started bringing the wrong bags. took them all back to his car and started hopping through our garden to get to the front door and putting stuff on the swing where it shouldn't be. very very unprofessional
Been a Walmart plus customer for a long time and service is sadly declining. First on a recent order, I found out that a driver was shopping for my stuff instead of employees and I was not happy about that. Then everything I was able to get between large orders before is not available anymore for shipping to the door which really means coming from the store where I get deliveries. So I have to make an order for those things at least 35 to get the stuff I used to get shipped with no minimum which is part of what I pay Walmart plus for. When I try to build that order for 35, suddenly the system wants to ship stuff and breaks up the order making it harder to reach 35 dollar delivery minimum so you have to spend more. At this point, don't see the value in keeping the membership.
I have had to rely on Walmart delivers since surgery and not being able to drive yet. There is ALWAYS something wrong. They left the folding chair off my order, the wrong product was delivered, and I have had rotten produce delivered. Multiple times I order for delivery today at a specific time and pay a fee. I told them to just cancel the order will now wait on my refund that could take 7 to 10 days but I need my items now and my money back now just like when I placed the order they immediately took it with no waiting 7 to 10 days to be paid. Do not recommend using them for home delivery and to boot you’re paying almost $14 a month for the service and it’s a failed service.

Constantly missing items from my orders always getting other people’s groceries. Every time I order a delivery early afternoon six hours later I’m getting a email stating my delivery is delayed and then finally an email stating the delivery will not be delivered until the next day. This is the last time I order groceries from Walmart. Bread arrived completely squished, produce was smashed, some items were expired, bagels had mold and some items were left off completely. This is my second bad experience with Walmart Delivery. I will be cancelling my membership and going back to instacart if I need delivery.
