Be aware of where you buy your food from nowadays
I have been a loyal supporter of Walmart for over 20 years, but that is about to change. I have been using Walmart's FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE for approximately 12 years. It used to be excellent; any spoiled food would be credited immediately. However, about 16 months ago, Walmart has become surprisingly stingy and is now asking customers to return expired or bad food to the store in order to receive a credit. This is a strategy Walmart has adopted to make returns more challenging or even impossible for customers to get credit for their spoiled items. Who has the time these days to keep bad food in their refrigerator or freezer and wait to return it when they can? It is very low and unethical for Walmart to refuse to refund your money in this way. I have been spending an average of $900 to $1400 monthly, but that amount has significantly decreased if they do not improve their practices. Be cautious if they do not improve their practices. Be mindful of where you shop these days. For example, Walmart requires me to bring the old brown salad back to the store in order to receive a refund. Thank you all (AG).

Update Walmart returned my funds only to take money right back out, i registered the charge as fraud with my bank, anyone know how i can get my money from Walmart as it seems that they can do what they like as they have zero consequences BEWARE: @WalmartCanada Delivery Service – Zero Accountability I’m posting this as a warning. I ordered my groceries online for delivery today. The driver showed up only to tell me he mixed up my order with someone else’s and delivered mine to the wrong house. He told me he’d be back in a few minutes, then called to say the other person had already opened my packages. I waited 2 hours for a resolution that never came. Since then: Help Chat: Told me to "wait until tomorrow" and disconnected. The Store: Passed me to an "online department" that hung up. Customer Service Line: Told me they can’t cancel or refund because the driver still has the order "out." The Bottom Line: Walmart is holding my money for their error. They refuse to refund me until the driver returns the items, which he hasn't done. Now I’m expected to wait 10 business days for a refund while I scramble my budget to buy food they never delivered. As a monthly subscriber, I expected much better. This is unacceptable. I will be filing a BBB report and a complaint with Service Alberta today. Driver put items on my porch. I yelled at him. He shoved my by my shoulder then when I closed the door he stole the groceries. Don't ever order delivery!!!
Worst customer service
No prices on some grocery items. Price changes almost daily. Unfriendly staff in general. Self check worst I've seen in my life and unfriendly self checkout staff who most of the time don't know what they doing. Long checkout lines while the self check out is empty with and no manager in site to open it.

Never Treated Poorly
I have always had a good experience with Walmart Grocery. Whether it was a pickup or delivery they have always been nice and accomadating. There have been a few instances of forgotten items or expired, but they have always corrected it. Overall good experience.

I wish I had read these reviews before becoming a member. I've had 6 deliveries so far. I have had to ask for a refund 6 times because of out of date or missing products. The last straw was the moldy bread they sent. I get the feeling they send old food to be delivered, give a refund and then write it off. It is not worth the money. I'd rather spend half a day driving and shopping than to continue getting this delivery service. If you haven't signed up, don't!

I no longer shop online with Walmart and almost everything they sell is online. A year ago about a rug washer from him and was supposed to be delivered I get a notice that it was delivered when outside it wasn't there. But the lady from there showed me how to look at FedEx where they delivered it to completely the wrong house and not even the right package. Walmart has totally refused for over a year to give me a refund and tell me it was outdated now Walmart you suck I am so scared to buy online because of you thank you you are the worst company I try to avoid you in many ways. My experience with Walmart delivery service has been a nightmare. The delivery company Walmart contracts out to, the people who make the deliveries, seem so incompetent. They are unable to locate my house with their GPS. I have no problem with Amazon, or any other delivery service company delivering to me. It's not like I live out in the country side, or anything complicated. They straight up SUCK, period. I've given Walmart several different chances to fulfill a delivery order, and they fail every time. I will NEVER order anything again to be delivered by Walmart. **Their other services are excellent. like grocery pickup.

Delivery was excellent for awhile...has NOT been good lately. I have ordered frequently and tip well. Not happy with them anymore. I will stick with DoorDash and 9ther stores.

I ordered a Fitbit watch band the stretch fabric. The problem wasn't in the product, the problem was with the customer service representative, who was rude and dismissive. I was told the item would arrive on Sunday at the end of the day per the website. I held up my entire day awaiting for my order to arrive. When I called the customer service the following day I learned my order was shipped to a address that did not exist and that theY could no longer find the order or locate the order using the tracking number via the app or talking to the representative. The representative failed to add a note to the order with THE updated address. He had no emotion and begin to argue with me and I asked for the tracking number. He argued me into circle and failed to provide the information, locate the item in the state. If Anyone can tell who else I can call to get results I will. DO NOT USE WALMARTS ONLINE ORDERING IT'S UNRELIABLE and fraud!!!!!!
