Misleading "In Stock" Claims. Will not buy from again.
I’m surprised by the positive reviews. I purchased furniture listed as “in stock” for $2,800, yet it took three months just to schedule a delivery date. During that time, customer service repeatedly told me they couldn’t provide updates because they were a third-party service working with the vendor. The “in stock” claim felt misleading, communication was poor, and I received no email updates throughout the process. Customer service was also difficult to deal with, which only added to the frustration. I only made the purchase from Futonland based on positive Trust Pilot reviews. There were two other furniture vendor options, one with lower pricing and I went with the higher Futonland option, based on reviews. Super disappointed!
