I have put together furniture kits many times over the years. This was one of the more organized kits I've done. Like all kits though the directions are lacking with important small details not made noticeable enough. I had to take part of it apart and do it again. But all the parts are there and they fit the drilled holes which is a huge plus. There was timely delivery. I recommend it.
Great customer service and futon
The futon and pillows are very well made and very comfortable. They were securely packed and arrived undamaged. Store staff checked in to confirm the delivery date and to make sure the items were delivered. I planning on buying additional furniture from Futonland in the near future as I liked the customer service and the quality of their items.

Amazing! Simple easy ordering process. They called me in a couple days post order to confirm and ask me a few questions to make sure I have the right mattress for my needs. Shipped quickly and was delivered within a week of ordering. The mattress is awesome! Definitely great quality and super comfortable and fits our queen size futon!
Igor was wonderful!
I would give Igor the rep who helped me 5 stars for his service. He was very helpful and conscientious and followed through, but the other people who were supposed to email and do their part dropped the ball. I was told that they were very busy and had fallen behind with deliveries. I love my bed. The drawers are smaller than I expected, but otherwise, lovely. The walnut was slightly darker than I expected as well. All in all very satisfied.

Knowledgeable and friendly persons. An incredibly wide selection--we were looking for a futon mattress and were fussy. I've already recommend them to our local mattress manufacture who no longer does futon mattresses as the place to send people who are looking for one. Would absolutely use them again.

I am baffled by the positive reviews! Stay FAR AWAY from Futonland! My best guess is that they will pay to have this review removed. Companies should be reviewed with how things are handled when things go wrong. Futonland is a failure in this regard. All 5 boxes for our Futon was marked as delivered but not to us. Customer Support continuously told us rudely to go find it ourselves and get it. SERIOUSLY!! They refused to open a claim with the delivery service, we had to ourselves. As you know, the delivery service is only required to respond to the shipping party, Futonland, who refused to help! Fortunately, we know our delivery person and he never saw the boxes. Later two different ladies contacted us finding our packages along a country road. After numerous attempts, Futonland agreed to reach out the delivery partner. Upon investigation, Futonland wanted to have the packages, left by the roadside and through a rain storm, delivered to us for us to inspect them, although they claimed they were going to send replacements. Our delivery driver brought 4 of the 5 boxes (one still missing) the next day. They were in bad shape, as expected. We refused the "delivery" suspecting we would be stuck with damaged product. Anyone who has assembled one of these knows that repackaging them after opening is almost impossible, especially with the mattress. Although Futonland insisted their packaging had multiple waterproof layers, we later came to find that to be a serious exaggeration. A day after refusing delivery, we received a nasty phone call from Futonland. Yeah, they were angry with us for refusing to accept damaged product!!!! A new shipment finally went out and was delivered. The mattress was slightly torn and dirty, but we were done with Futonland ...until we discovered the cover we ordered was the wrong size. ..and you guessed it, they are refusing to replace it with the correct size, which we ordered. Maybe this is par for the course and good customer support for some parts of the country, but my experience is that Futonland should not be in business with the level of support. It is beyond shameful! Run, don't walk, away from Futonland. If all goes well, you may be good, but if something goes wrong, good luck, it is up to you!

Futonland came through!! For 30 plus years we have relied on a local retailer for our Otis mattress updates. When the respected business closed, only Futonland supplied this divine mattress. We called their store from the number on the website, talked with very helpful service folks and in less than a week we had a new bed. These folks are the GOAT.
