I am baffled by the positive reviews! Stay FAR AWAY from Futonland! My best guess is that they will pay to have this review removed. Companies should be reviewed with how things are handled when things go wrong. Futonland is a failure in this regard. All 5 boxes for our Futon was marked as delivered but not to us. Customer Support continuously told us rudely to go find it ourselves and get it. SERIOUSLY!! They refused to open a claim with the delivery service, we had to ourselves. As you know, the delivery service is only required to respond to the shipping party, Futonland, who refused to help! Fortunately, we know our delivery person and he never saw the boxes. Later two different ladies contacted us finding our packages along a country road. After numerous attempts, Futonland agreed to reach out the delivery partner. Upon investigation, Futonland wanted to have the packages, left by the roadside and through a rain storm, delivered to us for us to inspect them, although they claimed they were going to send replacements. Our delivery driver brought 4 of the 5 boxes (one still missing) the next day. They were in bad shape, as expected. We refused the "delivery" suspecting we would be stuck with damaged product. Anyone who has assembled one of these knows that repackaging them after opening is almost impossible, especially with the mattress. Although Futonland insisted their packaging had multiple waterproof layers, we later came to find that to be a serious exaggeration. A day after refusing delivery, we received a nasty phone call from Futonland. Yeah, they were angry with us for refusing to accept damaged product!!!! A new shipment finally went out and was delivered. The mattress was slightly torn and dirty, but we were done with Futonland ...until we discovered the cover we ordered was the wrong size. ..and you guessed it, they are refusing to replace it with the correct size, which we ordered. Maybe this is par for the course and good customer support for some parts of the country, but my experience is that Futonland should not be in business with the level of support. It is beyond shameful! Run, don't walk, away from Futonland. If all goes well, you may be good, but if something goes wrong, good luck, it is up to you!
