First class from purchase to repair
I bought my futon from Futonland 5 years ago, and it's been great. Recently, we opened it and absolutely could not close it. We visited the store and got a demo, we talked on the phone with Hammad, we sent photos, and once they determined that we needed service, they made a date. Arrived on time, fixed the problem at once, wished me a nice day, and did it for a very reasonable charge. First class from purchase to repair.

The futon cover looked exactly as in pictured. The fabric is heavy and durable, as is the zipper. This is my second cover to order, exactly the same, after the first lasted for years of heavy use. I'm very satisfied.

Columbus Natural Eco Platform Bed with 4 Drawers
First, and most importantly, without "Jeff" at Futonland -Comfort Pure we would not have ordered our Columbus Bed. Jeff was extremely helpful and consistently called us back with information and instructions about the delivery, the bed, and various options that best suited our needs. He was efficient, accurate, professional. and provided us with the BEST customer service ever! The Columbus Natural Eco Platform Bed with Headboard and 4 Drawers is absolutely beautiful . The wood is of the highest quality, drawers are big, and the overall design of the bed is really pleasing. In fact, it is better looking in person than in the photos on the website. Delivery was quick, and easy. Thank you , Jeff for helping us decide on the greatest bed ever!
The futon is well constructed
The futon is well constructed, comfortable. Years ago I had the same type of futon, which is why I chose the wool and cotton version again. Having used a traditional mattress for a decade, I've had to readjust to the futon I just purchased, some variations in the surface thickness due to futon construction ( high and low areas) and compression in the sleeping areas. I'll see how it responds in the next few years, but know it will be suitable anyway. The futon fit up a narrow & low stairway, a benefit over a traditional mattress if passageway is an issue.

I was I bit skeptical after ordering…
I was I bit skeptical after ordering and then being told I would receive a phone call before my order was packed. I figured it was going to be upsell city but man am I glad they called. The mattress I picked was not going to make me happy. After talking to Kelvin, who was great, I decided on a different mattress and we are very happy with it. Futonland’s communication through the whole process of ordering and then changing my order was excellent. The shipping was also excellent. Not USPS or FEDEX or UPS, but an actual furniture moving company who also delivered with great communication. I went from being not so sure to really happy I chose to use Futonland. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a high quality mattress with great customer service. Erik
Great little mattress for my futon
Great little mattress for my futon. It’s comfortable, and folds really nicely for seated position (the only way I use it). Customer service is the best, really! I had to make a change after ordering, and they accommodated with kindness. I will never buy any futon from any other place!!
