The delivery of our new mattress was handled efficiently. The two delivery men quickly removed our old mattress and box springs. Also the old mattress and box springs will be recycled and not just dumped into the landfill.
When I visited the Boulder store, my questions about the mattresses. were answered.
Urban Mattress has the best mattresses we have ever slept on. Plus, the quality keeps on improving as I believe we’re on our third mattress from them.
Well first your natural materials, u didn’t charge to place mattress in house on frame, and I can change mattresses and u won’t charge me to take out first mattress and replace with new one. Not a bunch of salesmen looking for a sale. Thanks again Blase
I’ve never had a more comfortable mattress ever! Such good quality. I recommend them to everyone I can. In store service was quick and easy and even the delivery folks were great! No complaints.
We have bought 2 mattresses from Urban Mattress and they both have been great. Good products and good customer service! We like that they are a locally owned family business. We definitely recommend them!
I had called in asking about the clearance mattresses available when I went into the Fort Collins store; the gentleman helping us had all the mattresses available, wrote them down, and was able to speak to each of their unique differences. Not the cheapest mattress on the market, but you get what you pay for 5 stars!
The incredible selection and professionalism provided the ability to choose the appropriate bed for our orthopedic needs and style desires!
Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful
Carolyn was very helpful in each of my phone calls and visits to the showroom. I would recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a mattress.
Great Family owned and run company. Excellent products and service, both from the people in the showroom to the delivery crew. I purchased my first mattress from Billy 15 years ago and the experience was so positive that for the five mattress that i needed since then Urban Mattress is the only place that I go.
They were almost 2 hours late. Not acceptable.
Urban Mattress bent over backwards to remedy our dissatisfaction with our mattress. They listened and immediately set up a plan to remedy our issues. They worked with us until we were satisfied and the issues were resolved.
They were able to pair me with a mattress that fit what I needed. I knew by the morning after I used my mattress that it was perfect. Woke up pain-free.
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and was very pleased with what I ended up choosing haven’t slept on it yet, but I am very much looking forward to it
In addition to having an innovative customizable locally made mattress, the staff go above and beyond to insure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Quick and easy to buy. Great selection that are locally made. Delivery in a week. They did all the heavy lifting and removing of the new and old mattress.
Quick, convenient, and low stress. Love that they took the old mattress.
Ordering was fine. Time to ship was reasonable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn't get any communication about when I would receive my mattress until I contacted them to ask. My daughter, who the mattress was for, absolutely loves it. It is very comfortable, well made and easy to set up. I would order again!
