After visiting mattress chain shops for a few years, I became overwhelmed with too many choice factors. My previous mattress, made locally from a now defunct family-owned shop, was still comfortable and in great shape after using it for (way too) many years, so I decided to check out Urban Mattress. My choice, Iris Plush, is perfectly comfortable, the staff/family are knowledgeable and committed to excellent customer service, and the price point worked well for me. Delivered soon after and on time, and my old mattress was removed. Thank you!
We visited the Boulder store twice, meeting two employees each time. The staff was friendly, answered our many questions, and allowed us to make our decision without pressure. Our decision was made easier when we learned it was a family business and the mattresses were made locally. Our new mattress will arrive next week.
Service and products are stellar. And the 100-day trial period is very generous.
However, the first mattress I chose wasn’t right for me, and I wasn’t happy with my second choice either. So Caroline helped me try to rectify the problem while keeping my cost down. And so far, I’m happy with the purchase of an extra latex layer.
Caroline also helped my 90 year old mom to make a more affordable purchase.
I highly recommend Urban Mattress!
I just purchased my second mattress from Urban Mattress after absolutely loving my first one, which lasted nearly 10 years(and still in great condition!). The quality and comfort of my new mattress are outstanding. From the discovery phase—where the team helped me find the right option within my budget—to the consultation, ordering, and delivery, everything was smooth and easy. I didn’t run into a single issue. Highly recommend!
We love our adjustable bed. The entire experience was terrific. Billy at Urban Mattress helped us from start to finish. Excellent! The bed and base are quality, the sheets and accessories are top notch and made in America. Delivery and set could not have been better! Most restful sleep I have had.
Ladd was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The mattress was very comfortable and comparably priced to other quality mattresses.
We liked that the materials were organic and the mattress was made locally.
We liked the ability to swap out the latex or memory foam as they wore out without having to buy an entire new mattress.
Finally we liked dealing with a local family owned company that supports the community
