New family mattress

This was my first time buying a new mattress, and more specifically one for the whole family! We went in to Urban Mattress in Foco purely based off of the reviews and are now fans. Joel was amazing to work with, was not pushy in the slightest, worked with our budget, was very kind and listened to our needs. His recommendations were spot on, and we are in love with our bed. The delivery was great, and having the bed actually put onto the frame at home was amazing! Focusing on the bed itself, the fact that it was made in Colorado and made without all of the toxins that are so common with big box mattress companies, gave me so much confidence in our choice for our family. We even purchased some side sleeping pillows they make and they are the *chefs kiss* to our luxurious bed. We will absolutely be going back for our next mattress purchase!

Getting to Try Before You Buy

Ken was extremely helpful but my favorite part was after being pointed towards various beds that might work for me, I was left alone and allowed to just experience the mattress. For me, that was the best way to make the decision, actually being on the mattress to feel how my body responded. I was able to go back and forth, eliminating the ones that didn't work as well.

Challenging Experience

We had several hiccups with our purchase, however, after four visits we have our mattress. Quality control is not what it should be although they are a small, growing company so I’m factoring that into the equation. Inter company communication is rather erratic and ineffective. That being said these folks work hard to make you happy and the mattress is fantastic! For us it was worth the inconvenience because of the quality of our mattress (no more hip pain) and the employees willingness to make things right by us.

My experience with Urban Mattress met and exceeded my expectations on every level. There was a small issue with my order, and Urban made it right in fair and generous manner, with no questions asked. I was a little nervous because I had only dealt with the big box mattress stores in the past, and it's always such a hassle and I ended up walking away feeling scammed. Urban Mattress was the complete opposite. When I went in to discuss the issue, they were so quick to make everything right. The way they handled everything showed me how much they care about the mattresses they make and the customers who purchase them. Delivery day was such a breeze, too. Their tracking system was on point and very accurate, which meant I didn't have to take off hours and hours from work sitting around twiddling my thumbs waiting for them. I could see where they were in real time and plan accordingly Their delivery guys were lovely, very careful carrying the mattress in and respectful of my home. They were friendly and efficient and made the delivery experience so easy. A mattress is an investment for sure, and when you're spending that much, it really helps to work with a company that sees you as an individual and wants you to have the best experience possible. I would happily recommend Urban Mattress to my friends and family without hesitation.
