What people say
Excellent sales associate team!
The Boulder sales associate team is top-notch. Their mattresses are high quality. They’ve gone out of their way to help me sort out a mattress that will help with my lower back and shoulder pain. Their side sleeper pillow also releases neck tension. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks team!
Relaxed no-pressure saleswoman
Relaxed no-pressure saleswoman, answered all our questions, didn’t try to upsell us.
I’m telling my friends!!
The salesperson made it great—informative but no pressure or upselling. She tuned in to my needs and budget. I’ve already recommended Urban Mattress to A friend who came in and made a purchase!
From the phone call to delivery

I’ve been a customer multiple times and every time is a great experience!
quality of product
The manufacturing quality of this product is not where it should be for the cost. The mattress bottom is not the same dimension as the top so it looks like a parallelogram. a crew was sent back a couple of times and it still isn't to our satisfaction. In all, we're not at all satisfied with what we purchased.

I ended up at urban mattress
I ended up at urban mattress, kind of by mistake and realized it was where I needed to be. We purchased our first mattress from Ken in Denver and then drove to Fort Collins and purchased one through Lad for our daughter. Our Denver delivery was prompt and the men were very thoughtful to remove their shoes before entering our home. Our daughter’s mattress will be delivered tomorrow and I anticipate the same great service. We’re very happy to recommend urban mattress.
Efficient
Efficient, good communication, fast
Exceptional experience.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery staff was efficient and polite.
Great concept of dual core, just not accommodating to needs.
Bought a dual core mattress but wouldn't let us select a softer side. Had to pay extra $500 for piece of memory foam post delivery. Other than that, quality seems great and delivery service outstanding.
