I book a ticket with a premium service package but nothing I can change for my booking. They said the airline canceled my booking and they cannot find a flight that I found on the airline website for me to replace the cancel one. The choices, that the Cheaptickets staff offered, were extremely bad choices and helpless. They take only profit and not sincere business. The conditions of each step were tricky and you won't get a real full refund from them. Unethical manner. Irresponsible people. Not sincere to help you as stated in their conditions. You have to pay every steps
