Extremely slow refund process and no communication
I returned my Skims parcel, and Royal Mail shows it was delivered on 9 August, yet l've had no acknowledgement, no confirmation email, and no update on my refund. I contacted customer service and still haven't received a reply. The item itself was nothing like the photos - extremely over-baggy and poorly represented. Their policy also states a £7 deduction, which feels unfair when the product didn't match the advertised fit. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and slow refund process.
