Poor user experience
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint and request immediate assistance regarding my shipment under reference SHIPITOHK7470302. I purchased a artificial leather weekend bag from Leatherology (US) and paid a premium for DHL delivery to my Hong Kong address via your service. I have just been informed by DHL that US Customs has opened the package. I am extremely disappointed by this development, especially since I have previously ordered the exact same leather bag through another shipper without experiencing any such issues. Because the package has been opened and compromised, I have instructed DHL to return the shipment directly to you. I have already initiated the product return process with Leatherology. Therefore, please arrange to return this parcel back to the original company (Leatherology) at the earliest possible convenience once you receive the shipment back from DHL.
