Mersey retail Speke - doesn’t deserve one star even. Went today with 6.5 month dog for first proper cut as discussed at 3 previous puppy cuts. Young girl at the desk of the groomers who I’ve never seen smile, told me I hadn’t booked a cut I just a wash (I had booked cut), said she’d never seen me before when I said she had a bad attitude (she booked him in the last time after pulling his chin hair really hard) then when I asked for a refund of my deposit said I’d paid online so would take up to a week (I paid 4 weeks before by card in the shop) Everything I said she denied - no apology for the mix up and the manager was just as bad. It was a very upsetting and embarrassing experience, Horrendous customer service - shocking.
