Awesome customer service
I am new to custom keyboards, so I was kinda hesitant when I found that the only sources for the YUNZII Coffee Cat keycaps were either MechKeys or another site with worse reviews. But being brave, I went ahead and bought the keycaps. Sadly enough, I did not receive the full keycap set. Some keys were missing or wrongly colored. So as one should, I hit up customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised as Lisa from MechKeys support was able to help me in an instant. She got in contact with YUNZII and secured a bag with the correct keycaps for me. And throughout the process, she was very friendly and transparent with me. Even asking for confirmation if the new keycaps were correct. They also threw in a 5$ voucher for me. So I can highly recommend MechKeys, and now happily say that I got the full set of the Coffee Cat keycap.
