Gave special instructions to start with the year 2024. It was on the packing list when I received the two dater stamps. Immediately sent response to Xstamper to see what they could do and have not received a response. I have been contacted by Xstamper and they will be sending out new stamps shortly. Rachael was also disappointed but is taking care of the issue. They will also investigate were the original response was missed. Thank you, Rachael.
