Great customer service AND fast shipment !!
New customer, I signed up for Yami mainly for Japanese drug store beauty items. I ordered on Black Friday evening 11/24, and all 6 items arrived on 11/26 Sunday evening! Very happy with their online chat, even though it's a small purchase US$60 (for 6 items) , I received a welcome discount code email 5 mins after I placed my order, so I did a live chat trying to ask if I still qualify to use the 10% off, customer service J Tina replied : "J Tina (11/24/2023, 6:31:07 PM): As an exception, we can issue a $6.08 refund for the price difference. After your order is shipped out, it will be back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days. " Excellent customer service, fast and efficient, I already received the refund on 11/26 morning, and all the goods on 11/26 evening :) I usually order my J Beauty or K Beauty items from YesStyle in Hong Kong, but it takes up to 22 days for the shipment which is a bit long for the wait. Very happy with the experience in Yami, thank you and will order more items soon!!
