If I could give 10 stars I would! I reached out to Petkey on behalf of my sister, who is not tech-aligned and didn't feel comfortable using the website. She was on the phone line with me. She adopted a dog from a dear friend who had passed and wanted to transfer the owner information on the chip. We went on the site because my sister is going on vacation in a few days and wanted to ensure that if something happened, her dog would be tied to her contact information. Coralee was the representative who assisted us and she was nothing less than AMAZING. She listened and fully assessed the situation, always with my sister's dog's best interests in mind. She won my sister and I over very quickly. As the previous, deceased owner had already registered with Petkey, Coralee diligently validated that my sister was the new owner. She did so with great empathy, with which we were VERY impressed. We were not expecting anyone to answer, let alone a one and done resolution. Coralee helped my sister to quickly transition the ownership to her, so she could have piece of mind on vacation. I am going to spread the word about Petkey to all of my friends and my husband I will DEFINITELY be using Petkey for our future pets. Keep up the great work, Petkey!
