Useless Company, Terrible Customer Service
Applied for a refinancing loan to complete some needed repairs on my home and was informed that to receive the loan for those repairs, I had to first complete the repairs. Completely useless BS and a waste of my time. The customer service contacts I've had are completely useless, as is the company as a whole.
