The product is good and was produced and delivered promptly. However, the website is programmed to prevent users from adjusting the qty in cart which creates a bad cx and prevented me from ordering online. Also, the pricing model is designed to make customers pay much more in add ons rather than including those benefits in the base price. Seems very nickel and dimey. Good product but bad experience.
