I have an issue with my glasses…
I have an issue with my glasses (#26033101102056 ), sent a mail on 09/04 and a reminder on 13/04, so far no reaction at all. Seems only focussed on selling and not on service. update 29/04. in all fairness they did reply to my mail on 09/04 en again om 13/04 but these replies ended up in my spam box, so i did not see them. therefor I adjusted my review to 4 stars, awaiting a permanent solution to my issue. 20-05 received new glasses, these are exactly what wanted. Firmoo resolved the issue perfectly
