Service & Customization at a Cost
1) customization is great. I aim to have a PC for 5-8 years so I buy much higher end than I really need now. Got everything I wanted in this regard. E.g. 1000W power supply, Intel Ultra 9 CPU, and two 1TB SSD Drives(C & D). 2) Customer service is top notch. Carlos worked with me around delivery as my building is prone to package delivery theft. 3) Price is higher for similar systems from RoG. (Though hard to really compare apples-to-apples with my specific customizations.) 4) Actual system is very large. H21"xD19"xW10", as compared to my prior 14x16x8, which made for some closet restructuring.
