It was nice to find a place where you had many options to building your own system. Delivery was fast, Everything was packaged extremely well, and it was everything i hoped for.I will definitely be coming here for all my computer needs.
I was a returning customer and they maintained communication all the way thru the process. My new rig looks and runs buttery smooth and it was worth the extras like professional wiring and shipping foam. Delivery was fast and it arrived before expected!
The product is great. The customer service and failure to deliver on a paid service was not. For context, this is the 3rd purchase I’ve made, I spent over 4k on this rig and over 7k in the last year in total.
I paid for the expedited service. Order was placed at 3am EST on a Tuesday, passed final QA by 3pm on Friday and was not shipped until Monday end of business. I expected to ship on Friday and have by Saturday as I also paid for next day UPS air. If you pay 4k for a PC, and Next Day Air shipping, the least you can do is have the UPS Saturday delivery option and actually ship it.
When I emailed support crickets. I never got a response. When I called on Monday I received no acknowledgement about my inquiry but just a response that it will ship end of business that day.
While I love their products, if you can’t follow through with your paid options and dignify me with a proper response when you don’t, I take note that you don’t really care about my business. I’ll be taking it elsewhere next time simply because of that.
Service was fast, and the computer is great. The only thing keeping it from being a full five stars is that one of the case fan connectors was forced onto the motherboard connector without being properly aligned. This bent the pins, which in turn bent the pins of the fan connector next to it. Both sets of pins were straightened without damaging them, so the issue was resolved easily enough. If the pins had been broken instead of just bent, though, it would have required a motherboard replacement.
1) customization is great.
I aim to have a PC for 5-8 years so I buy much higher end than I really need now. Got everything I wanted in this regard. E.g. 1000W power supply, Intel Ultra 9 CPU, and two 1TB SSD Drives(C & D).
2) Customer service is top notch.
Carlos worked with me around delivery as my building is prone to package delivery theft.
3) Price is higher for similar systems from RoG.
(Though hard to really compare apples-to-apples with my specific customizations.)
4) Actual system is very large.
H21"xD19"xW10", as compared to my prior 14x16x8, which made for some closet restructuring.
PC came and works fine, though 2 of the fans LEDs weren't working. Had to take everything apart and trace wires. I dont feel I should have to do this on a 2300 dollar prebuilt machine. I was able to get the lights working, but I shouldnt have had to... Also called in to tech support and that was fairly useless.
I liked the buying process. Was super disappointed that I got a defective graphics card. I haven’t been able to use my PC for what I bought it for which is very frustrating. Customer service has been very helpful and getting the replacement was easy.
I wish there were more guidance on custom building your machine. More product information or helpful tips. Perhaps with the use of AI, you could ask several pre-build questions such as, what is your room’s avg temp? Or, how important is a quiet (low volume) machine to you? Or, what games do you play? Etc.
I didn’t realize when building my machine that the fans were so loud or that the case was basically open on the non-glass side. More product information, a pre-build AI, or other helpful tools could’ve prevented that.
Otherwise, the machine is working and doing what it’s supposed to do.
Big upgrade from my prior rig and a fair pricing considering it was built for me
Arrived within about 10 days from the day I ordered. Came safely packed and everything worked correctly right out of the box. This was my first upgrade since building my last pc at the beginning of covid. Getting 250+ fps on 1440p warzone with the new rig which has a 9800x3d and 5070 ti. Nice to have a modern setup built for me without paying much of a premium. Between the sales on some of the parts and the 5% off the entire order coupon, ended up paying pretty much the same as if I would have bought everything separately and put it together myself which I don't fully trust myself to do. Def has been worth it so far.
Easy to pick out a good deal and customize my PC. Prices very upfront. Shows the difference in cost between parts. Shipped fast, received in perfect condition and operational right out of the box.
The website made it very easy to customize the PC to make it exactly how I wanted it. The PC came quickly and was packaged really well. The build quality was very nice and clean. I had to call and confirm it was me before they even charged my card and I appreciated that level of security.

Buy Direct From CyperPower
Bought the first rig thru Best Buy and it showed up with the front glass shattered. Called Bedt Buy, no real help. Called CyberPower, and after a couple phone prompts I was directed to an actual human, in the US no less. They suggested a couple things, but we were not able to get the machine up. Took it back to BB and ordered directly from CyberPower. The machine arrived in perfect shape in two days and was roughly 600- less than Best Buy. The folks at Cyber are awesome. I will absolutely be back.
These pc get sell with pretty good specs and with a pretty good price. Now here is the big problem those pc have a terrible psu that cant power your gpu and cpu enough. It will work good for 1 year then your psu will just crash everyday multiple times i will never buy again from this brand and I dont reccomend it.
