I purchased an ibuypower prebuilt a few years ago now and it has been a nightmare. I only owned it for a few months before I had my first hardware failure. My CPU and motherboard failed and had to do a part swap. They were very fast in the process but only because I chose the fast process in which you have to put up 400+ dollars for the parts until you sent yours back. They also do not cover shipping so you pay for the warranty then also have to pay for shipping(which isnt much but at the very least they could do what's right considering they gave me bad parts) computer was fixed for another few months until my AIO cooler failed. Another fast parts swap and more money put up and spent on shipping. So I have twice now had to put more money into an already expensive pc. After that things went well for about a year, then my new AIO cooler failed. My warranty was up so I had to pay for a replacement cooler and fans. So all in all they sent me a bad CPU, bad motherboard, and 2 bad AIO coolers and I had to go without my computer for days or a week or so on top of putting more money back into it. They also sent no information or instructions with the parts so you are expected to know, learn online, or pay someone even more to install them. Even store bought parts come with instructions, the pc tech i had to pay to install it,even agreed this was a major oversight on their part. My gpu, ram, keyboard, and power supply were the only quality parts I got. Even the mouse they sent went bad after only a year. Had they made any attempt at trying to make things right I may feel much better about the situation but it seems taking that initiative is not a part of the ibuypower expectation. My experience with Ibuypower was a serious letdown and I personally wouldn't recommend ibuypower to anyone as they never once made any attempt to make these wrongdoings right.
Outstanding PC right out of the box
I’ve been using this iBUYPOWER Element Pulse X desktop for a bit now after catching a great deal at Costco, and it is an absolute powerhouse. The Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with the RTX 5070 runs modern games flawlessly, and the 360mm liquid cooler keeps thermals low without making much noise at all. Having 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 2TB NVMe SSD standard makes a huge difference in boot times and game loading screens. The subtle RGB edge lighting on the case gives my desk setup a clean look, and the included CHIMERA keyboard and mouse combo made getting up and running seamless. Total 10 out of 10 purchase!
Just got my ryzen 7 prebuild from ibuypower with an Nvidia RTX 5070. This thing kicks ass and was actually cheaper than building myself. Great warranty and quality choice of parts!
Can’t beat ibuypower!

Long review of my 6 month experience.
ive had a ibuypower prebuilt desktop for about 6 months now, specifically the SWI9N5701 model, when I first received it I transferred everything from my prior computer to the new one, and off rip, I noticed there was an audio issue (the wiring had been done incorrectly inside), so theres buggy audio in the main audio jack, I had to buy a audio adapter for one of the USB outlets on the top just to conveniently use my computer.
Now that was just one of the issues I had, I didnt have any other major issues in the beginning besides ones caused by myself, but issues have risen again, the PSU (Power Supply Unity) started causing tripping on the circuit/breaker, we had an electrical company come out to diagnose the issue, and they said they couldnt find anything, so I by then had spent 8 days without a working desktop, because every room it went in it would shortage. So next I had to spend 180 dollars on a new PSU, wait even longer, and finally replace the one it came with, and it caused severe issues for me in the near 13 day waiting period I had to go through just to use it again.
I wouldnt suggest getting an ibuypower computer for your personal files, but if you just wanna play games and you cant find any other alternatives, then go ahead, but I have heard through friends that Ibuypowers have problems usually (you can even check the reviews here), to blindly say the company sucks isnt right, its just whichever employee built the computer or if there was 0 care when shipping the computer, and plus every problem is fixable, its just that not everyones tech savvy so its problematic, please buy a different prebuilt companies computers if you want ease.

Was a return customer .... never again.
Was a return customer bought my first Ibuypower PC about 5 or 6 years ago had zero problems from the very start been an awesome computer. Figured it was time to upgrade so decided since I had such great luck with the first one I would get another Ibuypower PC. Paid $3000 for it it finally got here and plugged it up only to have a DoA video card after spending a couple hours on the phone with tec support we ended up taking MY old video card out of my computer and plugged it in to the new one everything worked. So was told I had to send the video card back for exchange while running my brand new computer on MY old video card. Ibuypower sent me a RMA number and shipping label to send it back which took a week because they chose to send it back the cheapest way possible. Its week 2 now the card finally made it back to California got there on a Friday and sat all weekend because I guess they don't work on the weekends. By the time I get the new video card back it will be 3 weeks easy which to me is VERY unacceptable to make a paying customer wait 3 weeks for something they already paid for. Needless to say I wont buy another one or advice any of my friends to buy one. Not sure why a customer has to wait 3 weeks for a video card that arrived DoA to the customer installed by Ibuypower. I am now 2 weeks in and still haven't shipped the new video card just dont get how they think a paying customer should have to wait 3 weeks plus for something they already paid for. I to dealt with a guy named Sergio, Ibuypower should really get rid of him as he is the worse and only makes Ibuypower problems alot worse.
I love that they gave the keyboard and mouse with thwe pc. It made me supper happy to know I don't have to spend another few hundred on those things! I'd prefer the instructions to be more clear.. other than that, it was great!

Sincere Regret
I purchased a refurbished PC. The PC arrived without having been properly reformatted so there was a ton of previous programs and space taken up on this pc. I was having issues with the WiFi driver right out the box that took extensive troubleshooting, when in retrospect I should not have even taken the time to troubleshoot, I should have sent the PC back IMMEDIATELY. I also began having issues w the motherboard and the PC randomly restarting and crashing with no real reason aside from motherboard drivers being corrupted. I later received a email from IBP telling me the wrong GPU had been placed in this PC and no ability to refund the difference. I elected not to return it at that time thinking these issues were both workable and fixable. I sincerely regret not returning this piece of garbage as soon as I could. When I responded to the GPU email and told "Sergio" of the issues I was having, there was no acknowledgement of the issues, I received a single sentence response saying that I am not able to return this PC as it was passed the 15 day return period, when I was under the impression I had at least 30/90 days as the PC was faulty and falsely advertised. I felt I had thoroughly read through the legal data and contracts but I believe I also just didn't understand as well as I thought, and that is on me. I do still feel somewhat taken advantage of as well as not cared for in regards to such a faulty and disappointing piece of machinery.

I bought a faulty PC from them 6 months…
I bought a faulty PC from them 6 months ago. The fans and the sound in the PC will go crazy and get loud. It then will randomly shut completely off whenever I'm playing a game. luckily it was still under warranty but they wont pay for the shipping. The shipping was 185 dollars and the PC price was 1200 dollars. So they want me to spend 1/6th of the price to send them back their faulty computer that didn't even last 6 months. That is ridiculous to me and I'll never ever buy one of their products again.
Easy and convenient website that allowed me to choose parts for the computer build I wanted. Good updates for shipping. Easy to do final assembly when it got here. Very happy with my computer.
They cancelled and recalled my order, apparently having found it was the incorrect model. Later in they claimed they somehow found out it was defective. The story kept changing, but their refusal to take accountability never did. They never said a word to me about it, I saw the shipment was being rerouted the day of delivery (I had the day cleared to wait around and sign for it). I had to fight with their standoffish customer service reps for way too long to get any kind of answers. They lied to me every step of the way, and by about the fifth time i contacted them today they finally admitted they never intended to send the “correct shipment”. They claimed a refund was issued, it never was. The rep claimed they would get the confirmation of the refund emailed to me, he never did. I ended up having to dispute the charge. HUGE waste of time and energy, and never once did they even apologize except to say “I’m sorry you feel that way.” When I told them their conduct through this issue had been completely unprofessional. I will never attempt to buy anything from this dumpster fire of a company again.
Power supply went out, the GPU went out. I am having to ship the busted GPU 5 States away costing me close to an additional 80 dollars ontop of the 2500 I already paid for the desk top. I had to pay an additional 200 to have someone change out the power supply. This computer is a little over 3 months old.
Do NOT buy a computer from IBUYPOWER.
Bought a gaming PC from iBuyPower. In less than a year a yellow light on the motherboard came on and it won't start. I sent it back for repairs and within a week I got a call to pick it up and it's now working. My original buy was two 16GB RAM, so one of the RAM that was on slot 2 was broken. iBuyPower switched the two RAM, and left the bad one on the 4th slot which powered my PC. But I was now left with a 16GB RAM instead of 32. Not sure if they are incompetent or just aholes.
IBP claims to be returning to esports roots. I'm the guy who created some of the first esports tournaments and leagues - Red Annihilation, CPL, PGL, the first Counterstrike tournaments, Madden Challenge, and many more. This isn't a way to treat an esports pioneer.
I was upgrading from a 4070TI system in order to work with AI. My mom recently passed away. I want to make a tribute video to her. Online services won't do it - it includes images of mom as a child, and they refuse to manipulate images / video of children.
I purchased a system via the website. It was in the cart, disappeared, then the same system with a 2TB rather than 4TB NVME SSD was the same price. They wouldn't budge on upgrading back to the 4TB.
The machine arrived with a non functioning ethernet port. I spent an hour on the phone with IBP tech support and 6 hours trying to fix the port. No go.
Options: send it in and wait 4 weeks for a repair (motherboard swap likely), drive two 2 hour round trips to Micro Center to have it repaired there - likely 2 weeks, and MC claimed there would be a charge to me although IBP claimed it would be free to me.
I requested a small refund to cover the cost of an ethernet card. Nope, they don't do that. So I opted for a return for refund.
The system was good, although loud. Thermals decent not great for AI work. But instead of working to make a customer who paid $5300 for a system satisfied, IBP support offered some pretty bad solutions that likely would cost IBP more.
I then purchased an Alienware with same specs plus 4TB NVME SSD for the same price - quieter, better thermals, everything functioning. IBP system had nice lights, while Alienware has better performance. IBP = a toy. Alienware = a tool.
Returning the IBP, so far - no refund yet as it was just shipped - was very easy. They sent a code for UPS to pack and ship it, which takes a weight off the customer's shoulders. There's no worry about IBP claiming customer packed something incorrectly. UPS verified that all the parts were present, and packed it. That's nice.
IBP does OK within their own system. However, the people there won't make a customer satisfied if it means placing a toe outside of their process.
Joseph the sarcastic customer service rep. couldn't understand why I wasn't happy. "We're giving you a full refund."
My goal in buying a system was having a working system, not getting a refund after spending hours troubleshooting.

literally the stupidest idea and design I've ever used in my life
Having the mouse attached with a stiff wrapped cord is literally the stupidest idea and design I've ever used in my life. I'm constantly fighting this mouse. Fighting the wire on it...non-stop. Garbage. Then the computer, you have to fight with it to get it started. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to start. Piece of garbage.

They don't stand behind their products.
They shipped my son faulty RAM and it has been a massive pain and expensive to return it for a refund. The company has been unhelpful and does not stand behind their products. Buy from someone else more trustworthy.
Ordered a custom built Y70 build with Touch Screen. Forgot to include extra case fans and called Customer Service and they quickly added the fans to the build. The Computer is awesome. Looks wise and performance wise. Core Ultra 9, Geforce 5800, 32mb Ram. Temperature displays on aio cooler and touch screen display. Temps never got over 70degrees Celsius at full load. Very impressed. Nice and neat cabling. Fully satisfied. Henrick K.

There is no way to order/purchase a new pc case. They have no listing for the pc power on/off circuit board. There web site kicks you every few minutes claiming it is timed out.
