They shipped it FEDEX signature required so it took me hell and back to even get it when I asked multiple times to leave it at my front door. It also took 2 weeks to get it. When I finally got it had damages already in 2 places on the design itself but its just not worth sending it back and getting a new one since my old PC died and I had to build the new one and get up and running for work. So I have a case design with damages on it. It is what it is, I don't know if it was how it was packaged or how fedex handled it but it was overall just a miserable experience getting it. I wasn't gonna say anything but it popped up in my e-mail asking for a review so here it is.
So far I am loving my purchase. There was a bit of confusion on how to open the case since I got some of the customizable plates but after enough tinkering I was able to figure it out to remove the protective packing. It delivered in peak condition and ready to boot up and has ran smooth like butter. The rig itself has literally destroyed every title I've thrown at it though tbf I do only game on a 2k monitor, I have yet to try 4k but I am excited to see what it can do.
I bought an expensive PC from Starforge, and I wish I could tell you what the PC was like. Unfortunately, they use FedEx as their shipping carrier.
I was completely okay with waiting two weeks for the PC to arrive. What I was not okay with was taking time off work to be home for the delivery because it requires a signature, only for the FedEx driver to sneak up to my house and leave a delivery tag (stating we missed you) without ever ringing the doorbell or knocking.
I have footage of this, and yes, it has already been submitted to FedEx.
In case anyone at Starforge reads this: FedEx has absolutely no customer support. You cannot speak to a live agent...only an AI chatbot. They initially postponed my delivery until the next day, but lo and behold, the next day comes and I'm told the delivery has been pushed back several more days because of the weekend.
This has been one of the most infuriating shipping experiences I've ever dealt with. I regret buying this PC and at this point, I honestly would have rather spent extra money somewhere else just to avoid dealing with FedEx.
Starforge, please use a different carrier.
very good and easy to put together on arrival. It has been working amazingly well and running all the games I want. I just have to move it right now because where the fans come out on top we my desk, the hot air is blowing back in; so. when I play marvel rivals my game crashed once, but that was the only problem I had and I realized it was the location, not the pc itself.
also, the way they shipped the PC makes it completely secure, which was what I was worried about originally and the quality of the PC is very nice. this is also my first PC and some thing I’ve really wanted for a long time so I’m loving it

Computer arrived
Computer arrived. I assume the heat during shipping did it no favors. When it arrived the software did not work. Possible corruption. We were told how we could fix it but after paying the price we should not have to be the IT are literally unboxing.
I give their product 1 star out of 5
I give their staff 2 out of 5. Instead of giving me the full details of the return it was 1 step at a time. With only email communication it took several days to get to the point where we had a return shipping label. I was glad to get it returned.
I give their return policy 5 stars out of 5
Running smooth and sailing so far gets really hot when using different programs but it’s just how it is, I would recommend to put it in a cold area if your running anything with high graphics
I think the customer service has been amazing. However, my computer has crashed a couple times out of the blue. Unsure as to why as its not running hot and I think I have updated all my drivers and everything. But the folks that I spoke with have been amazing and I am in Germany so the fact that there was international shipping was amazing.
The Team has been very helpful. Patient and above all clear as to the things needed to get it all done. It has by far been the best experience I have ever had with any sort of customer support/care and was one of the reasons I had chosen to go with starforge. Would gladly go with them again in the future and it has been a true blessing to not have to worry or dread about contacting support for anything
After spending a bunch of extra money on a UPS and doing loads of troubleshooting on a system with a manufacturing defect I was forced to buy a new PC in order to not be without one for multiple weeks wile the current PC was repaired.
I wasn't able to simply pay extra for an upgrade I had to buy a completely new PC so once the repair is complete I'll have a second PC that I don't really need or want for that matter.
On the bright side the support technicians I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional, but the fact they aren't able to make or get policy exceptions for extreme customer cases is a very big down side. ~$5,000 wasted.
The timing on shipment, how well my package was taken care of, to the quality of the PC it self. I'm highly impressed with the whole process. Yes Burnt Peanut did have a little something to do with it but i am exceptionally happy with my purchase and would recommend to any new to the PC world as pre built
