Keys stuck down when i press them
Good quality, the only thing is on my blackwidow chroma keyboard some of the keys don't fit perfectly and stay pushed down when i press them.

GPU doesn't work and Starforge won't respond
Ordered the colab pro pc as a birthday gift to myself, as I've always wanted one. It arrived on the Jul 27th I opened it up and powered it on and the gpu doesn't work or isn't wired correctly, I don't know. I have tried to contact Starforge multiple times and have gotten no response. This issue has ruined what I thought was going to be a great birthday.

Starforge was quick to answer my ticket, gave clear and easy instructions, kept me in the loop throughout my claim and answered my questions very quickly. It was by far the most smooth and easy customer service experience I've ever had.

My PC arrived far sooner than expected and was not only packaged and put together phenomenally, but even when I had the wrong wifi adapter the customer service was fast and responsive with help. Moreover, using my new PC with the amazing Chainsawman design and quality has been fantastic!

The computer ordered met the specifications and runs well. The order was not received within the window given, it was a few days late. Because the order was late, I had to choose to have the package delivered to a FedEx location because I was working on the day it would actually arrive. Fedex then misplaced the package for an additional day. The product is great but because of the shipping issues, I'm not willing to give more than 4 stars.
One of the best purchases I've ever made!
The PC is amazing. I've been running games that would have destroyed my old system and it performs tasks and loads so quickly. I am more then satisfied with the PC and the experience of purchase. I have had no problems with the computer so haven't had any interactions with customer service, but I've heard good things and they were responsive during the pre delivery process. My only criticism is with the delay in delivery. Perhaps if the purchasing or delivery of parts are delayed, the delivery schedule should be adjusted prior and be correct the first time to avoid multiple delays from the original window.
Starforge is infinitely better than my last computer
The customer service was really nice, and everything came in working perfectly! The PC I got is at least 5 times better than my last one, and I've done my best to take care of it. I have no complaints, genuinely amazing!

My PC arrived with no damage and runs great. I was confused because it came in without an OS installed and is the only reason my review isn’t 5stars. Overall happy with the build and how it well it run.
Pretty case, challenging light plate installation
I half fear I received the wrong mounting hardware for the light plate. It was so difficult that I still don't have it installed properly, but outside of that, it's a beautiful case and plate that was easy to build in.

It was easy to purchase and the pc arrived with great packaging. It’s been running smoothly for 2 months now. No issues at all running dbd and Ffxiv at the same time as watching a stream and being in discord. I purchased the navigator III before the change to the graphics card. Love it!
The delivery guy threw the upside down box on the porch
The delivery guy basically threw the box on the front porch upside down. My heart sank when I saw him carrying the "this side up, fragile" box upside down, and then he walked up and basically just dropped it from about knee height onto the ground. My heart was so broken I haven't even opened the box to see the damage done inside.

Delivery took a while because of supply shortage. I contacted customer service and they replied in a timely manner.

Overall Fantastic
Overall fantastic. My only small issue was with a cable that was either united or got loose in transit, and made a horrid noise in a fan until I located it. Would give 4.9, but I can't, so 5 it is!
