Starforge was great with answering any questions i had with the PC. The packaging was very nice, and the PC super easy to setup. The only thing i was disappointed in was the use of Fedex for shipping. Hopefully they can use a different shipping company for any future orders.
After my first order I thought I would place another thinking I was going to get another plate light with a USB connection. When it arrived I didn't receive one and after multiple emails asking about it I was given wrong information and also finding out after the fact that the product was defective and never got a response to replace it.my order was over seas as well so it was more expensive and I still have no solution to fix it with a $400 paper weight that doesn't work.

I really appreciated Starforge’s…
I really appreciated Starforge’s customer service, my computer got lost by FedX and they handled it very professionally. It really showed they care about their customers and the quality of their product shows they care about their craft. Nothing, but good things to say.
Terrible service and pc within a couple months this pc was having issues already with just running minimalistic games. When trying to contact support I didn’t receive anything back the pc is basically uselsss now and fried so I had to fix myself only for months later a display issue occurred with the pc where the motherboard wasn’t connecting to the cpu.
phenominal pc, runs every game i've tried at max ability. looks great aswell. packaging and delivery was on point aswell

Computer arrived with a defective hard…
Computer arrived with a defective hard drive. i cannot run any games more than 15 minutes before the entire computer freezes. I cannot open anything and i have to force restart. The support team worked with me but then became unresponsive and i am left with a broken computer and have no time to research and try to replace this defective part. i bought a prebuilt for a reason.

Navigator pro 3 detailed review
I got a navigator 3 pro. It arrived about a month ago and so far I have zero complaints, everything arrived intact and lots of tools + misc things for future optional tweaks and upgrades come with it (including things like Bluetooth/wifi antenna, a million ties for cord management, and extra cords for component stuff)
I am clueless on actually assembling a pc so decided to just research the parts. I got lucky with a sale and the current line of pcs star forge offered, allowing me to get really good value. It looks nice, runs nice, and so far I have had nothing but complements for simple things like good IO (2dp and 2 hdmi on the gpu), quiet fans (seriously even under heavy load), 2tb storage (I think they made some newer models with 1tb to save costs), and even a warranty if something goes wrong.
It worked out of the box which is always a plus. I have not needed to talk to customer service so far because everything just worked, no lose screws and no improperly mounted components. The packaging was very very well done with each competent having a shape fit packing thing to keep them safe, and the outside box having no damage on arrival.
Not to much to say on the software side other than how appreciated having all the BIOS settings one would want for best gaming performance already on. Of course windows will always have some bloatware and things to fix but at that point it becomes the user's responsibility.
Overall I would recommend Starforge systems if you want a nice to monster level pc without worrying about the million and one things you need to learn when making one yourself. With the added safety net of a warranty and customer service? It becomes a better option. (that said always check the specs and wait for a sale as these things can change often with such a fluctuating market)
Alot of settings and stuff were already setup for me after booting up the pc for the first time, had a friend help me thru it definitely worth it especially if you have friends on pc as well.
Love the JJK zero designs one of my fave animes atm would recommend especially for a first time pc buyer.
In today’s world of gaming I can say I was a console gamer for 20 years before the dreaded Microsoft gave my account to a devious hacker. Then comes these saviours, paragons of might and sorcery that summoned a monstrosity for me to enjoy. They assembled it at cost in a world that would bleed me dry for scraps but fed me a full meal of the richest flavours. Perfect from the forge and has since allowed me to step onto the path of ascendancy of PC hegemony. (They built a really good pc and I love it)

Easy ordering and the quality is exactly what I was looking for. Even the wire management was on point. Very professional. Only down fall is the how long it took but worth the wait. Also note they need a customer support phone number as they do not have anyway other than email and that could take a couple of days for a response.
The PC came in great condition and almost plug and play. Packaging was well and professional ensuring safe transportation. It was a bit bigger then I thought it would be, pic does it no justice. My only issue was that he instructions was a big unclear as to how to disassemble the case to remove Packaging inside the unit. I think it would be better is they highlighted with instructions on disassemble" such as screw locations". Outstanding case and customer service.
I was looking into getting a good entry-level gaming pc and starforge got me what I needed, no issues letting me play the games I want without any frame drops or low quality graphics. The delivery service was top notch with the packaging and everything arrived without any issues.
It’s a great pc but at that price a Nvidia card over a PNY and the directions to remove the packing material inside the computer could be a little clear . It took me awhile to get the glass open but I finally got it after a few YouTube vids . Other than than those 2 minor issues the pc has been great .
They sent me a broken keyboard and charged me a restocking fee for returning it after their troubleshooting methods failed.
Edit: they waived the restocking fee after we exchanged a few emails. Their customer service department is awesome and very helpful. I retract the above comment but I'm still disappointed in being sent a broken keyboard but stuff happens.
