Had a nightmare at the beginning when…
Had a nightmare at the beginning when receiving my PC. (No fault of Starforge. I live on an island that Starforge doesn’t typically ship to. Third party courier service mishandled the PC) The PC came and did not work. Thankfully the G.O.A.T Ian (CX Director), was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting a new PC to me, as efficiently as possible. Works perfectly and I have absolutely no problems with it as of current. Ian may already be in a senior/executive position, but I will not rest until he is CEO. Lmao. Shoutout to starforge.
Been working with an $800 pre built for the last 5 years and this machine is everything I could've ever asked for. If you're looking for a good gaming PC within a $2000 budget this is what you're looking for.
The PC is great. It was packaged with care and precautions. The design on it is great. I love it. Haven't had any issues so far with the internal components and it has been about a month of using it. It was much bigger than I thought.

The whole PC is amazing and runs really well and I absolutely love it but the HDMI cable wasn't working at first but other than that I haven't really had any problems with it so THANK YOU STARFORGE!
Well packaged, runs well, simple setup. First prebuilt pc bought and it was a wonderful expierence.
Came earlier than expected but sufficient tracking updates.
I've bought pre-built PCs from several major brands and smaller builders over the years, and this is the first one that arrived exactly as advertised. The cable management was excellent, the BIOS was properly configured, and everything worked right out of the box.
With past systems, I usually had to spend time fixing issues or correcting settings before I could enjoy them. Not this one. It's clear a lot of care went into the build. Highly recommended.

Starforge made ordering and the shipping process super easy. My PC arrived earlier than expected and had no issues. I am LOVING this PC so far and have had no issues setting it up or playing my favorite games. Would definitely recommend buying your prebuilt from them.
Loved the product! Only thing I would recommend is my monitors were shipped through a 3rd party and this wasn’t shown on tracking. So they weren’t received with the rest of the order like tracking indicates.
This should be communicated better so I should know what to expect.
I live in Germany and the PC came in with no issues. With that being said it rooms smooth and so far haven't had any issues. Mind you I've had it for a month. If anything changes I'll post it on here. I did get their most expensive one as well.
Kevin was incredibly helpful in sorting out what was going on with my computer and coming up with a plan of action and troubleshooting to figure out what could be done before sending it back for a repair. The problem ended up resolving itself (somehow) by the time the return packaging arrived but still the best customer service interaction I've had to date with any company.
I purchased a Voyager IV Ultimate PC for myself, when it arrived I discovered that my GPU (Nividia RTX 5090) wasn't working. At first I was very worried but a very special thanks to Kevin from customer support, for ading me to send my faulty GPU back, and to be resupplied with a brand new Nividia PNY 5090 that worked perfectly in my PC. I've never been happier with my PC, it truly is a dream come true.
