Corsair and Fanatec, Please be aware selling broken producs and if you ask a refund they suddenly lack of communication to get good rewievs they promess refund and then you again have to work send back and if you clearly say there was newer one word of returning and having to put in effort of disasambling they start bulling you wtih return email. A shame

I had problem with one of my DDR5 memory modules, buyed two years ago. Contacted corsair for the life warranty, and Mr. RATON helped me to follow the steps for the rma. I had an issue with my Elgato Facecam MK.2 and reached out to support. Andrew Freeman took care of it, was helpful, explained things clearly, and got it resolved fast. Really solid service.
Two weeks ago one 32GB stick of a pair of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM failed after 27 months of use on a Windows 11 Desktop PC which is mainly used for processing and editing large digital camera RAW images. After reaching out to Corsair support and running suggested troubleshooting and tests, a RMA warranty replacement return was approved within 24 hours and step by step instructions, all the necessary paperwork and labels were emailed, All I had to do was take the RAM to a DHL Express office where they packed it for me, printed the labels and it was on its way to Taiwan. I received regular updates throughout the process and within 24 hours of arrival at Corsair in Taiwan I was advised the replacement had been approved and the replacement 64GB RAM kit was on its way back to me in South Australia. Just under two weeks from first contacting Corsair my PC is up and running again. Customer service was exemplary from start to finish and Corsair apologised for any inconvenience caused by the fault. I was very impressed that with the rising cost of RAM due to Ai demands, Corsair honoured the Warranty replacement rather than refunding the purchase price which was about one fifth of the current retail price of the replacement kit. Corsair will always be my first choice for PC cases, components, keyboards etc.
My Corsair RAM sticks were having problems so i contacted Corsair CS for replacements. After some emails with the CS agent Andrew Freeman they agreed to replace my faulty modules with other units. Today im sending them back so i can get my replacements. Great experience overall, when i have to upgrade my RAM to DDR5 will buy Corsair again.

I have been using the **Corsair Virtuoso Max**, but unfortunately, they developed a fault in less than six months. I contacted Corsair support, and the company replaced the product. The support process was quick and professional, without unnecessary hassle. Although I was disappointed that such an expensive product failed so soon, I was very satisfied with the way Corsair handled the issue and with the final outcome. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Corsair’s customer service.
Mel took the time to go over all my options and walked me through the RMA process. Even when i added some confusion she worked with me and got me back on track. Absolutely wish that all manufacturers had this level of support. I will absolutely be leaning towards corsair for hardware going forward.
Anthony and the rest of the Corsair team were more than helpful. They were also incredibly willing to help and answered all my questions, even when the UPS store was difficult and obtuse; the team at Corsair was out of their way helpful and fast in responding to the questions and my pleas for help.
