I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering. I ordered an item in mid October and STILL haven't received the item. I too was told that it was an demand issue. I received a 10% partial refund. I continue to follow up and Chelsea keeps telling me it should ship within a week. Here we are at the start of a new week and no tracking yet. Horrible!! Do NOT waste your time or money.
