Only good for downloading videos from any site.
When it works it is really good, but when it doesn't work it wastes way to much time to earn any stars on here. No good for converting videos and no good for ripping dvds. The only good thing it has going for it is that it is really good for downloading videos from every site I have visited and its for that reason alone that I haven't deleted this software from my computer, but that wasn't why I bought this crap in the first place. Thank you for your reply, I already tried to get help by sending the error messages your program makes, to the link provided, I was given a new link to download a different version and still got the same problems from it. additional; I just tried to convert a video yesterday that was less than 1gb, this time it worked but the final converted video was nearly 20gbs. why did it do that? Sorry but I already tried to get help several times and got nowhere with it so I hope you understand when I tell you I have no faith in it and no longer wish to waste my time on it. I just settle for using your software for downloading and find a more reliable software for the converting. You won't even have the decency to give me my money back so I'll just make do with what I can get out of it. The good news is the software wasn't too expensive and I thank you for that at least.
