Extremely long delivery and completely broken product
Waited 16 days for a track & trace code to be send. After calling them because I hadn’t heard anything. The moody employee at the phone said it “will probably be delivered next week”. I immediately received the track and trace code, and 3 days later received the package. And what do you know, the lamp was completely scratched. It is supposed to be orange, but the surface is more transparant than orange because of all the scratches. Worst company every
