They asked me if I could replace the screen myself, and I responded yes I can, will take help from youtube videos. Cancelled my order and refunded my payment automatically. Never seen such a ridiculous unprofessional behaviour anywhere else in my life. If I am paying for the part, I own it afterwards and can do whatever I want with it.
