Left Stranded at the Airport Overnight - Appalling Customer Service!

Trip.com customer service completely abandoned me at the airport after my Wizz Air flight from Barcelona to Rome was cancelled, offering zero solutions and total neglect. My flight was cancelled, a situation entirely out of my control. Because the ticket was purchased through Trip.com, the Wizz Air app blocked me from processing a refund or flight change directly, instructing me to handle it through Trip.com. I immediately reached out to Trip.com via chat around 19:35. During the chat, the representative tried to offer alternative flights, but instead of checking flights for the next day (October), they stupidly sent me screenshots of flight options for NOVEMBER! It was obvious that they were doing everything in their power to avoid rebooking me on the next available flight for free. Wasting critical time with such ridiculous errors caused available October flights to sell out. Afterwards, a case manager called me at 20:36, and we stayed on a phone call for 24 minutes. During this entire conversation, I was desperately asking for basic assistance: "This is my first time experiencing this, what is happening? What solutions can you offer me? Are you going to provide accommodation for the night since it's not my fault?" Instead of guiding or helping me, the representative provided ZERO solutions. When I repeatedly asked about hotel accommodation, I received no clear answer. To make matters worse, the agent told me to go find airport/airline officials in person. Since it was late at night and flights were cancelled, there was no staff available. They literally sent me running around an empty airport in Barcelona for nothing. Because of this extreme procrastination and incompetence: The agent dragged out the call so long that all alternative flights for the next day sold out while I was on the phone. Trip.com failed to provide any accommodation or transfer, leaving me stranded to sleep on the airport floor overnight. I was forced to pay out of my own pocket to purchase a brand-new flight ticket for the next day to reach Rome. I demand an official audit and review of my chat logs (starting around 19:35) and the 24-minute call recording with the case manager who called me at 20:36. You will clearly hear me begging for help and receiving total neglect in return.
