I purchased two Jennibags
I purchased two Jennibags, which I just received last week. The bags reak horribly of a fishy smell. There is no way that I would pack clothes in these bags. Per their 60 day money back guarantee, I requested that they send me whatever was needed in order for me to return these bags. Rather than give me the information, they have asked me to record a video stating what the problem is and showing them the bags. I was also told to read their return policy, which states that they do not accept returns unless the bag is damaged or defective. This was not information that was given out at the time purchase and goes against their 60 day money back guarantee. When asked if they would honor their money back guarantee, I have received no other response. Highly recommend that you do not purchase from this company.
