Over Four Months of Frustration — This Has Been a Roller Coaster
My experience with PicturesOnGold has turned into an absolute roller coaster, and after more than four months of headaches, I am beyond frustrated.
After my Argentium silver graduation ring turned an ugly golden/copper color, PicturesOnGold eventually offered to upgrade it to a sterling silver ring. But first, they required me to send the tarnished ring back. Why they needed this piece-of-crap ring returned, I still don't understand. Their emails specifically stated that they wanted the original ring back and that they were not going to simply plate it with silver and send it back to me.
So, I did what they asked. I paid out of my own pocket to ship their defective, tarnished ring back to them. Now, to make this experience even better, the package was undeliverable on the first delivery attempt, and I'm still waiting for redelivery.
At this point, I'm exhausted with the entire process. More than four months of emails, waiting, explanations, excuses, shipping, and aggravation—all over a graduation ring that should have been right from the beginning.
I originally chose PicturesOnGold because I thought I could get a nice graduation ring without paying the much higher price charged by some of the bigger companies. Looking back, I should have just paid the extra money and gone with a well-established graduation ring company. Whatever money I thought I was saving wasn't worth four months of frustration and aggravation.
Hopefully, this sterling silver replacement actually arrives and finally puts an end to this mess. Until then, this experience is still not resolved. And worst of all i had to give them one star rating i could not leave it at none.

Here we go again.I initially ordered an Argentium silver graduation ring from PicturesOnGold because I wanted a durable silver ring that would retain its appearance. Unfortunately, after a relatively short time, the ring turned a golden/copper color instead of remaining silver.
What was most disappointing was the customer service. It took nearly two weeks for them to respond to my concerns, and their initial response focused on explaining why they were not responsible for the issue rather than addressing the problem.
They eventually offered to refinish the ring or upgrade it to sterling silver, but only if I sent back the worn, discolored ring. While I appreciate that they finally offered a remedy, I don't believe I should have to return a ring that failed prematurely just to receive the product I originally paid for. The entire experience has been frustrating and has left me questioning both the quality of the product and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Complete Disaster – Ruined Graduation Gift, Fake "Silver", and Refusal to Meet Timelines:Do not trust this company. I ordered a college graduation ring that was supposed to arrive within 7 days according to their website. Instead, it took months. It arrived a full month after graduation, completely ruining the presentation of the gift.When it finally arrived, the product was not what I requested. The name inside the band was completely misspelled. Furthermore, the ring had a strange yellow tarnish tint on the inside right out of the box.Now, just weeks later, the situation is even worse. The ring has completely tarnished and looks exactly like a cheap copper coin. It is clearly not the high-quality Argentum silver advertised. I took it to a local nationwide jeweler to see if it could be saved, and they told me it cannot even be restored and that I must send it back to the seller. This is unacceptable quality and terrible service for an important milestone item. Avoid at all costs.
