Awful Customer Service and Garbage Products
Purchased a Black and Decker Portable Air Conditioner to keep my bedroom cool in the summer. It gets extremely hot where I live. About two months in, it powered itself off and would not come back on. Contacted customer service so many times, was continuously transferred to a survey for a service that I never received, was sent to voicemails, and given a constant run around with no help to my issue. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, and it seems their products are not made with the same quality that they have been known for in the past. Middle of the summer with no AC! Love it.
