I wrote the company with an unusual observation of one of my toys. They responded extremely quickly and offered a replacement right away. They listened to my observation and understood. No questions asked. It's refreshing to finally have a company that cares about the customer above all. I have many of their products and could not be happier. Excellent customer service. Thank you
