Well packaged and EU VAT added to order
I thought I would never be able to order merchandise from my favorite series from Japan. The publisher's website was in Japanese and you had to follow a difficult procedure to get it shipped abroad. Add to that the potentially high shipping costs and expensive EU import taxes and customs duties that would be added upon arrival of the package, I thought it was impossible. To my surprise, the publisher added their website to Zenmarket. The procedure at Zenmarket was easy to understand and they had a lot of helpful information on their website. The website is in English, making it easier to take care of your orders, the package is insured, there is a good range of shipping options in various price categories and best of all for EU citizens, they already charge EU VAT beforehand. This meant my package passed without any issues at customs in my country and I didn't have to pay any extra fees. The merch was well packaged and undamaged. I will definitely be using Zenmarket again.
