I ordered a dress from JJ’s house and received it in good time (less than a week), it was a lovely dress but a little too big for me. The dress itself cost £41 so I returned the dress and received £28.50 back as a refund. They charge a 10% ‘restocking fee’ and delivery was expensive at £8. I will not be ordering from here again, the fact you will not receive a full refund and have lost money for a dress that hasn’t been worn is unbelievable.
