Microsoft's Game Pass changes are nothing more than a money grab.In my opinion, these practices are misleading and feel like a scam. Microsoft had no problem taking my money, but when I needed a refund or even a simple subscription change, there was no help at all. It feels like a deliberate money grab at the expense of loyal customers. I expected far better from a company like Microsoft.
