Shocking. Used to get orders next day, back in the good old days. Placed an order two weeks ago and its still not even despatched as of yet. For a company of its size. The new website, and its customer service are a joke. Ive relunctantly given it one star because I couldn't score it less here. They don't deserve one star though. They haven't done anything to earn a star yet other than take my money and deliver no service. I'm shocked how such a great product can be so badly managed. If you can order their product from any other 3rd party seller for the love of God, do it! You'll save yourself the frustration of Warhammer.com
