WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! The Tiles I ordered would not activate. The batteries were presumably dead. I did a "chat" with customer service, and they said to dispose of them and that they would send me a replacement. The replacement never came. I asked for a refund. They said I would need to return the Tiles that they had told me to dispose of (which I obviously could no longer do), AND that I would need to pay for shipping them back! After dozens of back and forth exchanges with Customer Service -- in which the person answering my message had obviously not read anything I had written and repeatedly gave me instructions for returning the Tiles I had disposed of -- they said they would send me a replacement, AGAIN. The replacement did not arrive. They finally refunded my original purchase, and said that if the replacement ever arrived I could keep it. It eventually did arrive, but AGAIN, those Tiles would not activate! Horrendous waste of time, over about 6 weeks. For nothing. PS. This was supposedly "premium service" !!!!
