Ghosted for 7 Weeks - They have my money AND my returned device (Order #ACSP17769) I am writing this to warn others about Acasis warranty support. I purchased the 40Gbps Dual NVMe Enclosure (Order #ACSP17769) in December 2024. The Hardware Failure: The included thermal pads are defective. They adhered so strongly to the enclosure lid that when I opened the case for maintenance, the pads pulled the SSDs straight up, snapping the plastic connector off the PCB. This is a clear design flaw. The Support Nightmare: I followed their instructions and paid £12.90 out of my own pocket to ship the defective unit back to China. Return Delivered: December 23, 2025 (Signed by "Bessy Chen"). The Promise: Support stated they would ship a replacement within "1-5 business days" of receipt. The Reality: It has now been 7 WEEKS. I have received no replacement unit and no refund for my shipping costs. Support has stopped replying to my emails completely. They currently have my original payment AND the returned hardware. Effectively, I have been scammed. Do not buy from this company if you expect any customer service or warranty support.
